We will accompany all viewings with prospective tenants and advise you of any applications immediately. We take calls from 9am to 9pm seven days a week to book viewings on your property, we recognise people can’t always take time off work to book or view properties.
In addition, we are keen to promote our out of office hours’ viewings service.
Once you are happy to proceed with the tenant. We will take care of everything up to the point your tenant moves in. This includes the obtaining of references and guarantees where appropriate, drawing up the documentation required by the current legislation and collecting the deposit and first month’s rent is all part of this service. after that, you take over responsibility for managing your property.
