A rival estate agent told me that Lathams were the smallest estate agents in Holmes Chapel. He is correct but omitted to add ‘BUT THE BEST’. At Latham’s, we received a very personal service. Nothing was too much for them and the staff were extremely purport in taking actions and following up on numerous matters which arose during the transactions.
